"Looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” that is, “Be opened!” Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was released, and he spoke clearly." (Mark 7:34-35)

This miracle is unique in its intimacy. Jesus took him away from the crowd and used physical touch. It shows God's desire to personally open our spiritual ears to hear His voice.
